The SPO Ambassador program is an exclusive opportunity for content creators. When you join the SPO Ambassador program you gain access to the platform and resources you need to connect your community to the products you recommend. SPO Ambassadors earn SPO Rewards Points (also called Ambassador Points) that can be used for discounts on ShopPremiumOutlets.com and the SPO app. We also sometimes highlight the content Ambassadors post on their storefronts to SPO shoppers, allowing them to grow their followers and earn new customers.
We encourage all SPO members that are established and burgeoning influencers to join the SPO Ambassador program at any time.
Anyone over the age of 18 can become SPO Ambassador program participants and content creators.
The SPO Ambassador Program is fully digital and we look forward to supporting participants from around the country, whether they live near a Simon Center or not.
The SPO Ambassador Program is simple and straightforward. Once you register, you can create and customize your own storefront for your community to shop or you can skip that step and jump straight to sharing SPO affiliate links on your social media platforms in a matter of minutes.

SPO Ambassadors accrue SPO Rewards Points (also called Ambassador Points) when your followers make qualifying purchases via your affiliate links and once the returns window for that particular purchase closes. The amount of points you accrue is based on the quantity of products sold and are calculated as 10% of all your referral purchases (calculated before shipping and taxes) converted to points (50 points for every $1 referred).
For example, if someone makes a purchase via your affiliate link for $100 (before shipping and taxes), then you'd get 500 points. $100 purchase = $10 converted to points = 500 points.

You can redeem your points for rewards such as discount coupons, which can be used on future purchases on ShopPremiumOutlets.com and the SPO app. Rewards discounts can be used on any product sold through the Shop Premium Outlets checkout process, but cannot be applied to shipping fees, taxes, or gift cards. Rewards may not be redeemed on purchases placed on Shop Premium Outlets retail partner sites. We may also announce other benefits, special promotions, and rewards for SPO Rewards members in the future - keep an eye out on your email and text messages for more information!
You can redeem your rewards during checkout for eligible coupon discounts. Please note that your points will be deducted immediately and rewards cannot be converted back into points. Unused rewards coupons will expire 12 months from the date of redemption. Only one reward can be redeemed per order and rewards may not be combined with any other offers.
Ambassador Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are accrued. However, if you make a purchase on ShopPremiumOutlets.com or the SPO app as an SPO Rewards member, the expiration date of all of your accrued points (including those accrued in the Brand Ambassador Program!) will automatically extend for 12 months from the date of your purchase. Purchases made through your affiliate links do not extend the expiration date of your points.
For example, if someone makes a purchase through your affiliate link on January 1 and you accrue 50 points, those points expire on January 1 of the following year. Additional affiliate link purchases will not extend the expiration date of those points. However, if you make a purchase on your own account on February 1 and accrue 100 points, all 150 of your points would then expire on February 1 of the following year.
Once points are redeemed for a rewards coupon, the coupon is valid for 12 months.
For example, if someone makes a purchase through your affiliate link on January 1 and you accrue 50 points, those points expire on January 1 of the following year. Additional affiliate link purchases will not extend the expiration date of those points.
